Nico is a review copilot. It supports you and points at things worth a closer look. It does not make decisions, approve work, certify anything, or give legal advice. It is not a contractor, inspector, lawyer, architect, or building official. You decide.

You keep the relationship with your contractor. Nico does not become a party to your contract. Findings are suggestions. Your first completed free-tool review is free; each additional review is $9 USD and is not a subscription. Invited founder Watcher access is $199 USD for six months, including one project. Each additional project is $40 USD for that term. After the term, continuing requires an explicit signup at $49 USD per project per month. The six-month purchase does not convert automatically. A monthly subscription renews until cancelled, with access continuing through the paid period after cancellation.

Do not upload files you have no right to share. Do not use Nico to harass. We may rate-limit or refuse runs that exhaust the unpaid daily ceiling.

Watcher access is invitation-gated. If access ends, you can still read, export, and delete your saved project records. See the privacy policy for review retention and deletion.
